Yes, this applies in the event of force majeure.

2) Do you provide a Leave Travel Certificate?

Certainly, we do offer the service you require. However, we kindly request that you inform us of your requirement at the time of booking.

3) Are there any benefits to booking a group package?

Absolutely! Depending on where you're going and how many adults are in your group (12 or more), there can be group benefits available.

4) Is it possible for me to bring my wheelchair on the tour? 

Yes, absolutely. You are more than welcome to bring your own wheelchair and explore most of the sightseeing places with it. However, please note that a qualified companion must accompany guests who are travelling in wheelchairs for safety reasons.

5) Does the airline offer wheelchair accommodations? 

Yes, most airlines offer wheelchair accommodations but availability is limited. It is important to inform us at the time of booking. Some airlines may also charge for this service. However, the decision to provide a wheelchair is at the discretion of the airline.

6) Is it possible to obtain medication while on a world tour?

When going on a world tour, we suggest that you bring enough medicine with you. It's best to distribute them evenly in different bags to make sure you have some on hand in case your baggage is delayed or lost. However, you can get medicine during your tour as long as you have a prescription from your doctor.

7) What is the earliest date I can book this tour?

For domestic holidays, you can book as late as one day prior to departure. For international tours, the lead time will depend on the country you want to visit. Countries that offer on-arrival visas can be booked 24 to 48 hours prior.

1) In the event that my Visa application is denied and I need to cancel my travel plans, will I be eligible for a refund?

It is possible to receive a refund, but the Visa application fees and cancellation charges may be deducted from the amount.

2) I'm wondering if it's necessary for me to have travel insurance for my trip abroad.

When going on a trip, it's recommended to get enough travel insurance to safeguard against any potential risks like loss, damage, accidents, or injury.

3) Is it necessary to pay the full tour cost when booking the tour? 

When making a booking, you will be required to pay 50% of the cost of the land package, as well as 100% of the airfare and VISA fees. The amount may differ based on the time frame between the day of booking and the date of the tour departure.

4) Is it possible for someone else to make the payment for my tour booking?

Yes, that can be done.

5) Can you please let me know the available payment options?

There are several payment methods available for making transactions, such as cash, UPI, cheque, DD, debit card, credit card or online transfers (NEFT), depending on government regulations.

6) Is it possible to cancel or change the tours after booking?

It may be possible to cancel or modify, but it depends on the specific conditions outlined in the terms and conditions. Please refer to a copy of the terms and conditions for more information.

7) What documents do I need to provide when booking the tour?

a) For domestic travel, you will need to present a valid government-issued photo ID.

b) To travel internationally, it is necessary to provide a valid copy of your passport.

8) Is there any chance of getting a discount?

Yes, there are discounts available depending on the length of the booking period.

AS PER THE RESERVE BANK OF INDIA 

Please be aware that Indian travellers are not permitted to carry more than INR 25,000 when travelling outside the country. However, this does not imply that you cannot travel with foreign currencies or any other forms of payment.

FRANCE 

You are allowed to bring less than 10,000 euros when entering France. However, any amount exceeding that needs to be declared.

SPAIN 

You are not required to declare an amount under 10,000 euros when carrying it.

ITALY 

In Italy, any amount exceeding 10,000 euros must be declared. Otherwise, the limit is set at less than 10,000 euros.

UNITED STATES 

The maximum number of individuals allowed on a trip from India to the US is USD 3000 per person.

CANADA 

If you are carrying CAN 10,000 or more in Canadian dollars or any foreign currency while travelling, it is mandatory to declare it to the border security officers.

THAILAND 

Please note that the maximum amount you can carry is 50,000 baht. However, each individual must carry at least 10,000 baht and families must carry a minimum of 20,000 baht.

UNITED KINGDOM 

The maximum weight limit for both individual and group travel is 10,000 pounds. Any weight exceeding this limit must be declared. This applies to group travel as well.

GERMANY 

If you are carrying cash or other forms of payment that are valued at less than 10,000 euros, there is no need to declare it. However, if the amount exceeds 10,000 euros, it must be declared.

GREECE 

The maximum legal amount allowed for carrying foreign currency is 10,000 euros. If you plan to carry an amount exceeding this limit, it is necessary to declare it.

AUSTRALIA 

If the amount is less than 10,000 AUD, there is no need to declare it.

NEPAL 

As per RBI, a person can take up to INR 25,000 while visiting abroad. In the case of In Nepal, the currency note needs to be less than INR 100. 

SINGAPORE 

You are allowed to carry a cash amount of less than 20,000 SGD or use any other form of payment.

BHUTAN 

In Bhutan, Indian currency is widely accepted, however, it is prohibited to carry denominations of 500 and higher.

MALDIVES 

Whether it is local or foreign currency, any amount exceeding USD 10,000 must be declared. Please ensure that your transactions do not exceed this limit.

MAURITIUS 

The Mauritian Rupee (MUR) is the accepted currency in this location and individuals can exchange up to less than MUR 500,000.

Dubai 

You can carry up to 100,000 UAE Dirhams.

Indonesia 

You cannot have less than IDR 1 billion without declaring it.

1) Will I need to carry different currencies for the various countries I'll be visiting on the tour?

USD and EURO are widely recognized currencies that can be easily exchanged in any part of the world. You don't have to carry multiple currencies while traveling. Instead, you can carry the local currency of the country you are visiting worth $150 for miscellaneous expenses, or in case of an emergency.
